planning approved for Air rights scheme in Clapham

Following on from a similar scheme 15 years ago we are pleased that Wandsworth's planning team have granted us planning permission for an air rights scheme in a roof space in Clapham Common.

The permission allows the conversion of the roof space of a top floor apartment of an handsome mansion block overlooking the Common into a self contained new apartment. The scheme helps the local authority meet their housing targets with the introduction a new apartment and the owner to maximise the value of their asset.
