POW are excited to share that we have been squirreling away on a series of working drawings packs for our new client Persimmon Homes.

Part of development of 82 homes the apartments are a mix of Private and Affordable units. We will deliver the working drawing packs in a super short programme, split into sub-structure to allow the Structural engineers to deliver there groundworks pack and civils design and then superstructure to allow procurement of longer lead items like beam and block for ground level and PC planks for the upper levels.

We were selected by the technical managers at Persimmon for value and performance based upon our long record of delivering solid technical packs for housebuilders.
