Great to see some real progress on our scheme for Vistry Group in Chippenham.

Formerly industrial buildings the brownfield development will provide 330 new homes, with over three quarters of the homes being affordable and shared ownership.

The image below is taken from the site compound showing the haul road through the centre of the site towards the Travelodge and Aldi supermarkets.

Its great to see a brownfield scheme close to the local town centre, transport hubs and local services making its way out of the ground.
