Excited to share another project win up in Sunny Enfield

Made up of two blocks spanning four and five storeys, 100 Church Strett includes a mix of one, two and three bed apartments in Enfield Town. The site is situated within Enfield’s conservation area, and the client wanted to celebrate this connection in their plans. As such, the development links Old Park Avenue with the New River via a new public throughway, making it easier for the wider community to access the river footpath and the surrounding wildlife.

Our role will be to deliver the scheme to RIBA stages 3 and 4 whilst working with retained planning architect MLA as part of the GLAs drive for quality, something we've never shied away from before.

Overall the scheme will provide 78 new homes on a brownfield site. With luck and good planning we hope to be able to re-use the existing foundations to save more CO2.
