Chippenham, Countryside

We have been appointed to work up the planning scheme for Countryside in Chippenham Wiltshire. The scheme is part of a wider urban regeneration of derelict railway land.

The scheme sits five minutes away from the train station so great for transport links. Being a brownfield development it will also tap into the existing physical infrastructure.

Overall there will be 330 homes in a mix of houses and apartments. Materials will be reconstituted bath stone and black/grey cladding. Working drawings start soon and with luck will be on site this year.
