Our designs reworked the existing interiors through selective demolition of interior walls to allow light deeper into the plan, creating modern open plan spaces.

The original building, a Grade I masterpiece by Sir Alfred Waterhouse had been subdivided badly and required a thoughtful approach to redesign the spaces to create flats more suited to the grandiose architecture of the exterior.

Being able to reinterpret spaces and to create beautiful homes from them is a unique skillset, which combined with a close relationship with local planners and heritage groups shows the value we can add to a project.
