We maximised the site to create a highly bespoke 2 bedroom home on a former garage site  near London's Olympia. The project was for a commercial developer. 

The site, a disused  double garage sat on the junction of a series of town houses and the mews houses to the rear. We acted creatively to maximise light into the house whilst maintaining privacy. This included a two storey top lit staircase with glass treads to maximise light. and a rear lightwell to get light into the lower ground floor. 

The high quality and inventive design of the  scheme meant the property  sold for above asking price and achieved a 25 percent profit for the developer.
