Mark Owen co-founded POW Architects and leads business development and customer care for the studio. He combines extensive knowledge in the construction of complex buildings with our core beliefs of providing exemplary customer service whilst continually learning from our projects.

 

He brings over 20 years of insightful design and problem solving ability across multiple sectors, from listed building refurbishments to multistory residential buildings. His open approach allows collaborative relationships with clients and consultants to develop over the lifetime of a project and beyond.

This approach has allowed POW to collaborate on a number of long term delivery frameworks with Developers and Contractors , which brings focus to the delivery of the clients aims and aspirations.

Projects of note include a extension to Clapham South air Raid shelter, multiple phases of Beaufort park in Hendon for St George London, 1 Osnaburgh Street for British Land and The Royal Institution.
